林邊仁和鮮魚湯
三年一科的東港迎王平安祭典正式登場,若這一週有待東港的朋友,歡迎到隔壁的林邊,有一間清晨就開始吸引饕客的仁和鮮魚湯。

目前第二棒接手約十一年,接手前也是當地開了三十幾年的傳統美食,許多在地食客幾乎天天報到,很熟稔地看著不定期更新的漁獲小白板點餐、裝薑片,再去夾自助式的小菜。


這裡的招牌是鮪魚頭,喝起來十分豪爽粗獷,老闆娘說,因為鮪魚腥味很重,所以他們的撇步就是用自家醃製的高麗菜乾去平衡掉腥味,而且一定要大鍋熬煮,才能逼出海洋的鮮甜。
再配上一碗甜甜的滷肉飯,尤其放上幾片門口那桶自製薑片的畫龍點睛,保證又有力氣,繼續一天的行程!仁和鮮魚湯的講究,不追求精美的姿態,而是一種對食材的慎重,讓每個人都享有,最溫暖的樣貌。
